“I have a problem with the service of the company. I ordered two of this small lampshades at walmart.com at at $25.00 each
($50.00 plus dollars).Only one shade was delivered but I paid for two. I contacted Walmart multiple times about the delivery, each time Walmart emails informed me they contacted upgrade lights and someone with upgrade lights would contact me between 24 and 48 hours. I never heard from upgrade lights or any follow up from Walmart about my issue. I personally made serveral attempt to contact upgrade lights my self without any contact. I am going to make a claim to pay pal to dispute the charge for the lampshade I didn't receive. I will not intentional due business with upgrade lights again.”
