“This is a lovely lampshade that gives a nice glow when the lamp is on. It was well packaged with the appropriate 'fragile' stickers. Unfortunately, the USPS ignored that and mangled the box causing minor damage to the shade. I will keep the shade anyway and have mitigated the damage. I will be happy to make purchases from UpGrade LIghts in the future. Thank you!”
