“As pointed out in a previous e-mail, the image on the upgradelights web site showed the the pull-chain socket but not the swivel. I called about this and the rep said that the swivel could be seen on Amazon's web site. This was true, but the Amazon site seemed to show two swivels; the one on the left showed a wing nut swivel which I was not interested in, and the one on the right which seemed to be a ball swivel that I was interested in. I called. The idiot rep said the ball swivel was really a picture of the socket itself. When I asked about the absence of the pull chain, the rep said it was hidden in the view shown. What a dim wit and out right liar. Did I also mention that you cheated me by sending 10' of brown wiring instead of the 16' I ordered. For a 5' floor lamp the 10' of wiring was inadequate. In general, also, the web site is a mess. What a bunch of incompetents and cheaters.”
