“I purchased 2kg of Vanilla Custard and 2kg of Banana Sundae. Great value and the shipping & delivery is lightning-quick (am based in Melbourne). I can confirm that the taste of both flavours is fantastic. 32gms of protein per serve is brilliant! Mixability could be a tad better (benchmark being the very expensive BSN Syntha6), but still right up there amongst the best. The blend of proteins and the digestive enzymes make it easy on the tummy. I either include it in my fruit smoothie (vanilla flavoured whey is best for this) or have it as-is with either water or soymilk (banana flavour is best for this). “This is a great Whey. Great chocolate flavour (less brownie) which you don't get tired of like some synthetic tasting ones. Best of all it mixes beautifully without any lumps. Because of this I use it as an all day long protein booster to get me to the 1g/lb body weight target: I add a little to my oats soaked in milk overnight for brekkie. I add some to oats, cocoa, peanut butter and banana to make great all natural protein balls. Finally... added to skinny milk it makes a smashing sugar free chocolate milk shake :-)”
