Because of this I use it as an all day long protein booster to get me to the 1g/lb body weight target: I add a little to my oats soaked in milk overnight for brekkie. I add some to oats, cocoa, peanut butter and banana to make great all natural protein balls. Finally... added to skinny milk it makes a smashing sugar free chocolate milk shake :-)”
