“Great product all in all. Very dificult to set the optical networking , one of the reasosn I ugraded from the A8. Help from Upscale audio was not good as the solution offered was to spend another thousand dollars to connect the A10 to my network using the fiber port. Eversolo custimner service was morer useful. I am using as a streamer/dac and pre and works perfectly. No noise watsoever, clear highs, and controlled bass.”

“I finally found a streamer that I like. I have had 4 different modern day streamers. (not including an old OPPO Sonica DAC which had early gen streaming capabilities), and I've finally found one that gets reasonably close to my analog set up (Dr. Feickert turntable, Kuzma tone arm, Hana cartridge and a Sutherland Phono Stage) in terms of a 3 dimensional presentation. I started out with the Hifi Rose 250a, and it sounded fine, but their app and interface is horrific. It was cumbersome, buggy and half the time it was in English, and half the time it was in Korean. I traded it as fast as I could.... Having an app that functions well on a phone or iPad is the beautiful part of having a streamer. I believe an equal amount of time needs to be spent on developing and delivering an app solution that is intuitive and user friendly, as well as a providing a great audio piece. From the HiFi Rose streamer, I tried the Cambridge Audio CXN100. which had a decent interface with the Stream Magic app, but the DAC was too aggressive for me, and it felt like an entry level piece. After the Cambridge streamer, I moved to the Eversolo DMP-A8. It was a very nice streamer and a great value for the money. The AKM DAC provided a warm and inviting sound and the Eversolo app is the best one on the market by far. It works with every possible music streaming service and application. The app is also intuitive and easy to navigate. I only owned the DMP-A8 for a brief period of time when the DMP-A10 was announced and I decided to upgrade myself. With that, I moved up to the DMP-A10 streamer and I could not be happier. It sounds great in my system. The app is the constantly being updated and upgraded to add features which make it even better. The DAC execution is well thought out, and it is dead quiet and provides a wide, warm stage for anything i stream through it. It is the most expensive Eversolo streaming option, but it is assembled with top of the line parts, similar to the Primaluna EVO products in many aspects. The early reviews from the professional reviewers have been overwhelmingly positive, and I anticipate more of the same from others as they assess this streamer/DAC/pre amp. I look forward to the boys from Upscale's (blind) review in a head to head review with the Aurrender A1000. Bill, my Upscale Audio sales consultant has been an amazing asset and sounding board for me as I've made this journey assembling my system. I can't say enough about Kevin, Ken, Sean Paul and Bill and the information and recommendations they have provided as I've had questions. Upscale Audio has figured out the customer service equation in way other audio stores should study and learn from.”
