“A very high quality and well-built product. Sound quality is outstanding. While it is a bit more expensive than the Vega S-1 I was thinking of purchasing, the Altair has everything you need to enjoy all your music in one package. I haven’t used the built in hard drive yet but I have plenty of old CDs that I am planning to upload. Besides hearing some of the most intricate details in my music collection, this unit also produces deeper bass notes than my previous unit without having to turn on my subwoofer. Awesome unit.”

“The Auralic Altair G2.1 has been really easy to set up and integrate into my audio system. Copying approx. 700GB onto the hard drive did not present a hurdle - even for a computer challenged guy. The app works flawlessly and the audio quality is outstanding. I am enjoying my favorite recordings more than ever before. Great recommendation from the Upscale Audio team. THANKS”
