“this is a powerful addition to any audio system, it can duplicate tools you already use but it fast becomes the center of your universe for streaming and ripping. I love the UI its robust and easy to navigate after a few minutes, its very cool to pick it up for the first time (once someone else has populated it) with album art and streaming services displayed in easy to follow colums. The reason I gave it a foour star review is its integration onto your own network is lumpy and Bluesound support would rather push you to FAQ than deal with you directly. I think the culture of a company comes through not when this are right but when things are not and for me Bluesound doess not offer great support.”

“Your company was Recommended by Mike Livni and the unit has surpassed my expectations two fold. I find myself using the unit daily recently ripping nearly 400 CD which going forward means I will never have to find and load a CD again. And using the tidal service I’m now have access to an almost unlimited catalog of once unknown recordings many which are from direct master tapes. Upscale can count on me as a returned customer. And dealing with Kat was a pleasure to work with and think she would make a great partner for my son”
