“Very happy with everything, from sale to delivery. A significant problem was the initial setup where the mandatory firmware update, which is known to be lengthy, would not complete (via direct wired network connection). I was patient. Phone support from Upscale's Steve Nakashima was very appreciated. After more than 6 tries over two days, the setup finally completed, for no apparent reason over previous attempts. The Streammagic app can be quirky in requiring several restarts, but I can live with that. Overall, I am very pleased by this player as well as the sale and service provided by Upscale Audio.”

“I am quite happy with this unit, there is a small glitch with playing tracks manually selected from usb in digital output mode which Cambridge tech support has been more than helpful in trying to resolve, and Upscale Audio not at all. 5 stars for Cambridge 2 for Upscale Audio's brush off response, and based on that I don't intend to buy anything from them in the future. But can fully recommend Cambridge Audio, they really seem to care about their quality and making sure their customers are satisfied.”

“I'm a vinyl guy but I had wanted this year to purchase an SACD player, but that was over my budget. So I purchased the CA MXN10 Network player and subcribed to QOBUZ. The Network player sounds really good, I've mostly listened to HIREZ files but the CD quality files have been very good as well. I based this purchase on other audio press reviews. I am very happy with the purchase, as I really like the sound. I'm also glad I purchased from Upscale - they really care about their customers.”

“This replaced an older Bluesound Node so I wasn't expecting a great change. Boy, was I wrong! I immediately heard the difference just streaming internet radio, and with MinimServer running my music library on the NAS (the Node doesn't use UPnP) the sound was even better. I'm very happy with the MXN10!”

“Nice 1/2 size audio component that performs as expected. The Stream Magic app is easy to use with Tidal Connect and as an interface to a USB hard drive containing my digital music library. I use the app from my iPhone. My music library consists of about 2500 lossless+ FLAC albums and it appears that I can access all of them. I'm using the built in Cambridge DAC and the sound is better than expected. It's awesome building a que for playback for Tidal and my HD and with my digital LPs the volume control is a nice touch. My first streamer. Thanks to Upscale Audio for the quickly shipping the well packaged product and for it's safe arrival.”
