“I was in the market for a new turntable and I knew right where to go. Ken Davis , Kat and all the staff are my people..... I wanted a solid table that was more than an entry level model, but with 2 kids in college, I couldn't go hog wild either. Ken spent so much time with me, talking me through the whole process, never in a rush or seemed like I was bothering him, just awesome.... Ken and I decided that the Concept Black with the Satisfy Carbon tonearm was where I needed to be. Boy was he right!!!!! This is such an amazing unit. The build quality and the performance, for the money it second to none. Then we married that with the Hana SH (only because the SL was out of stock and I didn't want to wait) the the KC Vibe II phono preamp, man oh man, me likey....... They did all the setup for me and when it got it home, there wasn't really anything I needed to do except put the belt on and add the platter and away we went. I did have one question for them. So I called them up and they walked me through it. They even stay one the phone with me while I played my first vinyl track. I think they were more excited about it then I was . hahahaha Top notch experience all the way”

“I have really enjoyed the Concept black with the Satisfy Carbon. It was a breeze to set up and I have had no problems with it at all. It tracks even some of my old 60s LPs that are warped without any problem. Very pleased. The new audiophile records I have sound amazing on this table and I am hearing things I have never heard before. The imaging and depth I am hearing me is better than anything I have heard from CDs.”

“This is an amazing deck. I got it with the Satisfy Carbon arm and a Hana MC cartridge. It was slightly more than I wanted to spend but I am ultimately glad I upgraded the arm and cartridge. I sampled a lot of decks and this was by far the best. I would but it up against any other $5K deck (and did) and go with this one every day and twice on Sunday (and have enough left for a kick ass phono stage). Ask for Kat...she was so knowledgeable and, as Kevin said it that hilarious YouTube post, kept me “on the sunny side of the street!””
