“Tone arm arrived broken but upscale audio did a great job getting me a replacement. The new arm is very attractive and well balanced. The arm could have more adjustment features; anti skate dial could be more professionally marked and the counterweight is a bit stiff but once setup seems to be working fine. The cable is a bit on the short side - probably to reduce resistance but it does make connecting to the amp challenging.”

“Robust build quality, the watchmaker's engineering of the thing is a delight to someone who has spent 50 years as an aerospace machinist. It's simple design just makes sense. It is easy to set up or adjust when you wish to change cartridges.”
