“This Marantz CD6007 is part of an update for several components in my system. It’s running through a new Anthem AVR (also from UA) and I’m very pleased with the results. The CD exhibits the typical (expected) Marantz build integrity. The controls are simple and straightforward and easy to use. Overall aesthetics are tastefully understated which I appreciate. Audio quality is excellent (I use a Telarc Digital CD organist Michael Murray rendition of Bach’s Tocatta and Fugue in D minor played on the organ at the First Congregational Church in Los Angeles. The transients and organ bass pipes will test any component and system. The Marantz unit performs admirably to this listeners ears. Highly recommend. The staff UA are knowledgeable and the purchase transaction was smooth.”
