“The speakers are amazing. Althought the upscale audio experience has quite a bit to be desired. I didn't get the setup guide or any follow up call. I could have easily ordered these on Amazon and had the same experience. Pretty disappointing tp say the least. The first time I called to order these someone picked up the phone and said I'll call u right back. No return call. So.im thinking music direct my be the way to go. But I figure I'll buy from Kevin since I like his videos. Maybe he should be answering the phone. What happened to customer appreciation.”

“Like most people who spend ~$7k on speakers, I did my homework prior to the purchase so there was no surprise once the speakers showed up and I hit the play button. What was a surprise was the service but in a very good way. I made an online purchase of these speakers on a Saturday. At 9AM on Monday morning Kat from Upscale calls me to thank me for the purchase and to provide other small details. This was unexpected but welcome and I was shocked. Ladies and gentlemen, the art of Sales(wo)manship is alive and well at Upscale Audio. Bravo!”
