“This is a beautiful turntable that is built like a Tank. The setup takes a littel time but the cartridge install is much easier with the Gimbled Tone Arm. I love the VTA on the fly function so I get get the best sound from all of my records or different thickneses. The speed is rock solid but then again I have the VPI ADS that is controlling the motor but is was very good when I tested it when plugged in directly.”

“I recently purchased the VPI Classic Signature turntable with the gimbaled tone arm along with the Soundsmith Zephyr MIMC☆ cartridge and it makes a great combination. The sound I am getting is wonderful and the setup looks very nice. Great piece of audio gear and I highly recommend this combination to anyone considering a new turntable. I would like to take a moment to thank Upscale Audio for a smooth buying experience. In particular I would like to thank Bill who helped me with this and other purchases. He is very knowledgeable about all of the audio gear and he is patient, which made the research and buying experience enjoyable. Also like to thank Kat's team for setting my turntable up. “My deck actually has the Gimbaled Fatboy, thanks to Kat and Kevin, it is so appropriately named “Classic” , and never owning a TT of this quality until now, I am truly appreciating its looks and so enjoy watching the tonearm glide over the record and play those incredible sounds. My old albums never had it so good. Kat helped me complete this system which I started with Joel, who said I’ll be in hifi heaven. And I am.”
