“This was an upgrade from a Mofi Ultradeck with MM cartridge (a fine deck itself). I opted to have Upscale o the setup prior to delivery and while it added a week to the delivery it was totally worth it! The setup was perfect. They even sent pictures of the setup process for verification. Absolutely top-shelf customer service. The turntable/cartridge combo has revitalized my vinyl collection. Very pleased with the purchase.”
