“I purchased the Blackbird with the complete package as well as the outboard speed control. The Upscale team headed by Kat assembled, then packaged all the different parts and sent them off to me. Along with pictures and instructions I was able to reassemble the table, mount the tonearm with cartridge with ease.. Kat and her team did a wonderful job, and made it very easy for me. And Oh Yes the Blackbird is a wonderful turntable suitable for the best tonearm and cartridge. I’m exceedingly happy and recommend Upscale and staff.”
