“I purchased this mat two days ago and it has eliminated my need to unstick the mat from the bottom of the record when I remove it from the turntable due to static. That was very annoying. But no more worries with this mat. Expensive but worth it.”

“Originally purchased to help alleviate some static and dust but product did neither. It looks like a cheap leather mat that would have cost less to get and probably would have been better. Better to look elsewhere.”

“Excellent mat for Rega tables, huge improvement over the felt dust collector, no adjustments necessary”

“Bought a Volare back in late October 2021 from Sean here at Upscale. Had been curious with this mat even though I already had the Mofi Super heavyweight Champion record weight. Ordered this just this past Tuesday, and it was delivered by USPS this morning (just less than 49 hours when I ordered the mat) ! Well, upon playing my first song without and then *with* the mat, the answer in lower bass, clarity, even more dynamics and yes, depth answers my question as to whether I will still find any improvement since I already had the Mofi weight. The mat's exterior housing (like an album cover) indicated this was an 'improved' Derenville mat ... wouldn't know as I had not heard of the original mat. I had been researching this mat for weeks and been seeing favorable feedback from reviewers or individuals ... so I did a follow up email to Dr. Chris Feickert (who has been nice to always answer my queries) and his response as to whether I should get the mat is quote: On Saturday, December 4, 2021, 06:34:25 AM HST, Chris Feickert wrote: Aloha! To do so would be a very wise decision in my humble opinion…. Enjoy your vinyl and yours in service…. “Did it change my life? Well, no. But did it noticeably increase accuracy and depth of soundstage from my Feickert Woodpecker? Why, yes. Yes it did. Recommended.”
