“This is a rock-solid turntable. Not only am I happy with it, but I am also happy that I purchased it from Upscale Audio. Kat and I have been in contact regarding choices between different turntables and arms. One morning I woke up and knew what I wanted. I went on their website and ordered it. Next thing I know Kat reaches out to me via e-mail to congratulate me on my choice and on moving ahead. It would have been nice for her to say that anyway, but the fact that we had not been in communication for months floored me. She remembered! She offered to set up the turntable and cartridge for me, which was also cool. I told her that I had already purchased a cartridge used. Yep, she told me to send it to her and she would install it. Now THAT is great care for people. The turntable came with the arm-mounted and cartridge mounted. It was taped off in a protective and informative way. I set it all up as instructed in about 30 min. It didn't seem right, too much play. I sent a video to Kat with all kinds of complex theories in mind. She quickly responded that it seemed that 2 set screws had come loose in shipping. She sent me pics of what to do...I did it...and voila it was and is perfect. The sound is amazing, that table is a tank and sings like a lark. Couldn't have asked for a better turntable for the price. My bass has tightened up and the highs are more detailed. I love it and can't wait to see how everything breaks in. Once I upgrade to a Kuzma 4Point 9", I will be set in my vinyl set-up. Thank you Kat and team for a great experience, you helped build confidence in my choices. Very knowledgeable and passionate with a commitment to take care of their customers. That doesn't happen every day.”
