Replaced the original EMT MC cartridge on my Well Tempered Lab Amadeus GTA MK II at a fraction of the cost. Went with the 301 vs. 103 because the WTL Table has a very low mass tonearm. Tracks beautifully with only 1.4g pressure. Running through a Vincent PHO 701 into Vincent 237 MK II with Elac Uni-Fi Ref Bookshelf speakers and IT SOUNDS HUGE, Detailed, relaxed, and Holographic. 5 Stars!

Not a bad cartridge at this price but the DL-103R is much more capable of fill out the sound in a modest system like mine. My Dr. Feikert Volare deserves a better cartridge.

Very detailed presentation, good separation, and little coloration. Its weight, dimensions, compliance and electrical parameters make it an excellent choice for an EMT 929 tonearm and EMT MC preamp. In fact, it sounds very much like the new EMT MRB at a fraction of the price.
