“Bought four of these as back-ups since NOS 12BH7s seem harder to find. Threw them in the MC240 for a quick listen. There are subtle differences between the RCA NOSs they will replace, but nothing bad. Bass not quite as controlled, but midrange is really nice and highs are good for my old man deficient hearing. They will live in the amp for a month or so to see how they hold up. The internal structure is not as robust as others, but they sound nice so far, and not a bad price.”
