“Ok this is my third review of these. This is the price I got these for as Uncle Kev has drop it again Again I am no electronic wizard but I can say I do have acoustic ears as my friends tell me I hear what they do not. I run all tube amps. WOO and FELIKS and as I have said a ton of NOS TUBES not that the matters. Anyway if it was not for music well in the life I have had I would not be here today. . So I just want to put a plug in for these AGAIN. Watch the video . Uncle Kev is right cannot explain it on the upper end how the sound comes out. Compared to my Martin Loga I can tell the difference. Now my system I have a mess. It is huge. I have many speakers some handle up to over 500 watts but power DOES NOT MAKE GREAT SOUND. These are light on lower end but it is the detail that shines. Most have subs anyway if you want the heavy bass which really takes away from the upper detail. As I said below Cabasse needs lesson on inserts. 4 have come out but epoxy and you are fine. Really one does not need them. I run these with 150 watt power amp. They have no issues. After all of this you will not go wrong with these if it is what you are looking for. and really they are quite large and with the grilles off the white really looks great! This is on my system and what I run . I am not rich but when I saw these at that price I jumped on it. Read up on Cabasse they have some weird looking stuff priced way out of my pocket book. I still do not understand why Uncle Kev seems to be wanting to get rid of this inventory of Cabasse. Well this is my short dissertation. I will shut up now. I love them. What more can I say. I would like to buy another pair but I have no place to put them I already have 10 pairs of speakers. Besides my wife would kill me. Take care all thanks Upscale Audio. “Hello Uncle Kev. yes the speakers are great!!! I love them. You video more or less sold me on them to try the concept of the design on the top end. As I am a big Martin Logan fan for better or worse. I have 10 pairs of speakers in my room and I run to sets of towers of amps directed to tube amps. I have a fortune in NOS tubes mainly bought when they were not that expesive. Today they have gone thru the roof. The only reason I did not give these a 5 star is that Cabasse needs to learn the princible of inserts into wood. The inserts they use do not have any bite I had 4 come out attching the feet. Really no big deal a 5 minute epoxy job and all is well. I got the grilles off and I really like the white on the elements. As far as the low end I did not notice tomuch lacking there as they do not go down far but I have 3 subwoofers. I intergrate live performance amps into my setup. So I can just about adjust any Fq there is. Bottom line I love them. What is going on with Cabasse I see you have a lot of stuff really discounted. You not going to deal with them anymore??? I will admit that some of their stuff looks way out there . Anyway take care and yes the speakers are great and I understand completely what you were saying in the video on these. Thank you !! P.S. At the price I got them for they were a steal.”

“This is a follow up from my previous review on these speakers. They are great and it is amazing how I can notice the difference between my Martin Logans and these as far as the mids and upper. There is a difference between how the sound fills the room of mine. I might say I am a big Martin Logan fan. I have 3 pairs and I know it is all subjective. . They are sounding great. However there is one area where this company needs to take lessons on. That is how to keep inserts in the wood for the screw in pointed feet. These two are nicely made. But the inserts come out to hold them. Very annoying. The insert they use has no teeth basically. I know picky but I have had 4 come out and that is not from over tightening them. Just one thing that they could do for improvement. Would this keep me from buying them again not at all. Just they need to take this as advice. A little 5 minute epoxy and you are good. Thanks all.”

“Well got these for Christmas present. Hit it just right it appears as they were on sale and were a great deal. Regardless first I talked to Joel about these and some other things. He was great and I thank you!! I am breaking them in now. As far as sound right now , they sound wonderful. I think I have to play a little more with placement but really they are good where they are.. I really do not have to much room due to other speakers. Imagine that. The video is what sold me. Try something new and Uncle Kev about ready to pee his pants. The specs show that they are a little light on low end but I really do not notice that much. I do have subs but are not running them. The finish is beautiful. , grilles are easy as they just snap on. As far as the watts rating I am surprised that it is not higher as these things really kick but the detail is what is important and it is there . I would highly recommend these as they are beautiful to look at and sound very natural. Also power does not equal quality detail sound. The speakers are the detail providers. I am by far no expert on electronics but my acoustic ears know a great listen when they here it.. Thanks again Upscale..”
