“I am sure the T8 is great, but you sent my order to the wrong person and the Post Office sent it back. In fact, I just checked the tracking number and you still have not received it. I'm sure glad Ken gave me a refund. However, he insisted it was sent to the correct name and address. I asked him to send me a photo of the shipping label to prove it. I told him I will assume your shipping guy messed up if I do not receive a reply. I also recommend the shipping person pay your company back for his error in a manner of your choosing. This was my very first order with your company. I probably won't buy from you again.”

“A truly fantastic addition to my system. Super easy to use and great internal storage capacity. The Eversolo has native apps for many streaming services, all easily controlled using the touchscreen or the Eversolo app on a phone or tablet. I'm running it into a PrimaLuna Tube DAC and it sounds smooth, crisp and articulate.”
