“This tube looked ancient right out of the box in that the pins were almost black in color for starters. It is noisy in my ZMF Pendant. However the bottom line is that it is a tube and there are no guarantees with tubes in terms of sound.”

“Same applies for these. I haven't rolled may of these in m y preamp, but with these tubes in, & the EL84s in my amp, things are sounding good.”
