“This is a great 300B amp. I actually use Roon into an old Chromecast Audio DAC into it and then into vintage JBL 4691B speakers. One day I plan to use one of my LUMIN DAC streamers I have stored away. I have Western Electric 300B tubes that I switch in and out with the Stock tubes. They are both quite good. More resolution from the Western Electrics. More grunt from the stock tubes. This is such a good amp. The remote control is quite frankly, perfect. It is wood, never cold like metal remotes. Very light weight. If it had lighted buttons that would be the icing on the cake. Such a good and really natural sound. The musicians are in the room!”

“I had a few 300b amps in my life but it is by far the best I experienced. The bass are deep, well textured and quite well controlled. The mids and highs are magnificent, ultra detailed but never feeling artificially etched. Tones are very genuine. The image is wide and deep but with no exaggeration and the placement of instruments and voices is very solid. There is air between instruments. The timing is great, the amp is fast but nothing seems ever rushed. On the contrary there is a wonderful relaxed but involving flow of notes. Superb overall on my Klipsch Forte III”

“Far and away the best 300b amp I have owned. It really seems more like 20 wpc, with a fair amount of current also. The stock tubes are absolutely great I did try some western electric 300b’s and metal base 6sn7w’s and that combination was up another notch, but the stock tubes are excellent as stated.”

“I have been buying gear and tubes from Upscale for several years now. Most of my dealings have been with the Boss himself. He's a busy guy! Recently, I've been dealing with Joel. I don't buy audio gear quickly ( I have been looking for that elusive "sound" that pleases my ears for about 40 years now) so I research a lot. Recently I've been interested in the Felix 300B integrated, and have been working with Joel for about 2 weeks before I finally purchased it today 6/15/21, after talking with Joel and reading numerous reviews. Joel has been great to work with, patient, good with follow-up, letting me take my time, got it shipped the same day! 5 stars for Joel. Totally enjoyable experience. “i may have been one of the first to purchase this 300b stereo amp and yes I took a leap of faith. I based this on a really good experience with the Carry 300b and a Wave Length 300b as well. Loved both and have been looking for that absolutely lovely presentation of live , although not concert level ,music since. I love this amp and completely agree with Steve Gutenberg , "Audiophilac Daily Show" (posted review on this web site) Yes Steve G loves most everything that comes his way but when he said this amp take it up a notch or 2 over the Pass Labs V25 class A stereo amp .....I took notice. He mentioned the great service of the US distributor UP Scale Audio....I have them a call. Service is spectacular and everyone I dealt with was on their A game. Yea its only 8 class A watts per channel but man does it deliver a breathtaking simulation of live instruments and voice. I was so engaged and taken in I couldn't wait for my dear wife to leave town for a bit. I didn't get much sleep, didn't eat very well......but the music was incredible the best inhome sound I have experience in 20 years. Yep went through a lot of my favorite cds and SACDs.....truly a musical/ emotional connection we all long for. Separation, tone, texture space and a lively presentation are all there. The poor recording were still poor but I managed to find something lovely on the CDs The SACDS or DSDs and well recorded CDs are at a new level of bandwidth for me with better fuller bass nice extension and top end ..... very engaging mid range. I was almost in a trance ( I love when that happens) the am;p does not knock you over but is the most musically engaging of all previous amps in my system of PS Audio Direct Stream DAC with the same company SACD transport an UpTone Audio hot roded Mac Mini with Regen and out board power supply. I am using a power regulator too....all DNM copper wire with Vandersteen CT Wood Quatros ....they have never sounded better , not even with Richards own amps Nor my pervious Mac 275 mono blocks , BHK stereo amp nor the last great amp in the system the Prima Luna HP Stereo with EL 34s or the KT 120s ....awesome but more music from the Felks Audio 300b stereo integrated amp.....I removed the BHK signature pre-amp from the system and am using the DAC at 100% fix and the beautiful volume control on the Arioso. I have no idea what the are doing on Poland to make such a truly GREAT amp but bravo I am extremely happy with the purchase and could not give this product a higher rating.....its that good. I waited about a month before I wrote this thinking I am going come back down to reality and stat finding he shot comings .....not so far.....I let you know if I find a fly in my delicious soup.....but so far its been a wonder full ride. Yes its a long one but ......I love what this amp has done to my system. The End”
