“I don't usually rate products, but in this case - was really disappointed in this cartridge. There were no screws included, which is usually no big deal as I have dozens of screws, but Grado in the past has used the rare 3-48 screws. thankfully they don't anymore. More problematically, the cartridge pins are too large - couldn't get clips on 3 tonearms to go over them, and didn't want to risk damaging it. So it sits unused. Sorry Grado - nice try.... I know it's only $300 - but compared to say, Hana, they are not even in the ballpark w/r/t quality control.”

Our Analog Lab have contacted the customer and sorted this out. The screws are included, and are in the box under the packaging material in the lid. Tonearm clips vary greatly in size. sometimes you need to open them up with a toothpick and sometimes you need to squeeze them to tighten up. This is totally normal.
