“I'm unable to rate them as they were for my PrimaLuna CD player but player died before I could listen to them. My player is in your service dept now, and I'm hopeful it can ne repaired. But I will say rhis: Your service department is a class act, and always a pleasure to work with!”

“My last one failed, but my replacement is playing stronger than it’s companion. It’s a rectifier so It’s sonic character is subtle, but I am pleased with it’s performance. If another fails on me I’ll probably switch to a different set. Rumor has it they have a higher failure rate, but thankfully my fuse tripped and my Primaluna Tube DAC was unscathed, even after burning through a second fuse, Upscale Audio was generous enough to include replacement fuses at no cost when I asked for them. With treatment like that, does it even matter if the tube goes out? Overall very happy with it.”
