“Hi. The first rs130s I purchased a month ago, the setup window would not allow me to complete the setup. Reset attempts did not work. Jordan from mo-fi suggested I return it and get it replaced. Right before this event, I had borrowed about 3k in cables from The Cable Company, but was not able to use them in the setup w/the rose, before having to return them as well. I’m currently sitting here at home w/the SECOND rs130 that now won’t turn ON! and need to return this one too. Josh returned my call to hear what’s going on with this transaction. I haven’t heard from Chris yet.. I am VERY frustrated w/my first real purchase from Upscale Audio. This is not good for anyone. If u could help, I’d appreciate it. “A stunner to look at and probably more fun than even the original CLSes with VTL 225s that I owned back in the 1980s, when fun was still real and Kevin was in the bloom of youth. Like all computer audio there is a learning curve for old people who would rather cozy up read a manual than watch endless You Tube videos. Rose provides good support. Certainly sounds better than any front end I have owned. I would buy another one, but wouldn't know what to do with it.”
