“The first one delivered was defective - the pre-out was very weak and did not drive a zone amplifier as it should have. What was amazing was the Upscale did not quibble over it, did not question my diagnosis, and promptly arranged for a return and replacement. The replacement works perfectly. It's a great amp. It's delicate and powerful at the same time - plenty of "headroom". Does a great job of driving my Vandersteens.”

“Has all the bells and whistles I need plus plenty of power. The sound is delicate and at the same time there are "miles" of room for a super-impressive dynamic range. Unit #1, however had malfunctioning pre-out and had to be returned for a new one... not yet received.”
