I was in the process of revamping my entire system. I replaced my Rotel amp with 2 Marantz PM10s. I had a pair of B&Ws that sounded great but wanted way way better. I was leaning tward the Kantas, then this guy named Kevin threw in a deal on a pair of Sopra 2s. I was extremely leary because my listening room is not that big and feared it would be too much speaker for the space. When the truck showed up and this guy was wheeling a pallet down my driveway I thought oh boy I went wrong! Started listening out of the box and was floored by the sounds emanating from them. I was as giddy as a school girl!!! After running break in CDs and pink noise as per Focals recommendations, about 200 hours. Serious listening with a Mytek MQA machine. The room was filled with glorious notes of pleasure. The tweeter and midrange on these are tremendously good!! It was as if the musicians were performing in front of you. I am not going to go into all the audiophile verbage, I am just attesting that with proper source and amplification, You will be as satisfied as there ever could be satisfaction! I cannot thank Kevin for twisting my arm from the Kantas to the Sopras, The only thing is I should have got the Dark Oak or maybe even the Ash Grey. If you are in the look for a speaker in this price range and have the power to push them, they should definitely be on your very short list. Thank you again Kevin, my neighbors hate me and my wife despises me! All I want to do now is sit downstairs, relax and listen to music.

The most awesome speaker that I could have chosen for the price, I can't say enough about how these speaker sound first off, and they are just absolutely drop dead gorgeous! If you buy these you won't be sorry that is for sure.

Awesome speakers. Very neutral and present the music just as recorded. Upgraded from Klipsch reference towers and there’s just no comparison

Kevin, I just completed 250 hours play time on SOPRA No 2. I believe that was your recommended break-in time. At first, when I listened to them at your Upscale Audio room they sounded marvelous. Your sales rep (forgot her name!) was awesome explaining all I asked and plus more and no pressure. Very knowledgeable, customer friendly and as the bonus – pretty too… ☺. Plus, she did not give me that “look” that I wasted her time and did not buy any of those speaker she demoed to me when I explained her my “small room” reason. I left your place sad because I believed Sopra 2 would be too much for my small listening room. But next few days I read and listened everything I could find about these speakers - your video too and many more videos. In one video the reviewer had a small room, almost at about the size of my room. And that was this final review that convinced me I can use Sopra 2 in my listening room. And I’m glad I decided that way. Before Sopra 2 I was using a very decent sounded speakers, Vienna Acoustics Beethoven Concert Grand, but I believe I made a good choice with Sopra 2. Their overall sound is fuller, I’m playing my records and they sound like never before. I can recognize some very quiet instruments I’ve never heard before. I can play them loud and they don’t bother. So far I did not have chance to make direct comparison with my Vienna’s, but when I do I believe I can hear quite a difference. Thank you Kevin for great speakers and great deal on them too. Ivan Buzik
