“This is an outstanding tonearm. Solidly built, and operates flawlessly. All the credit goes to KAT, who set up the tonearm and cartridge before shipping to me. KAT is UNBELIEVABLE. I checked the tracking force and the alignment, and everything was PERFECT!! In fact more precise than I could have done myself! Be sure you ask for KAT at Upscale Audio if you ever order any analog equipment. She is the BEST I have EVER had the pleasure of working with in my 45+ years in audio! But going back to the tonearm, you definitely will get your money's worth with this tonearm!!”
