“I can’t delve into much that already hasn’t been said about these cables. Fast transmission of information has added immediacy, no question. Treble was slightly more detailed. Bass a little tighter, but not deeper. They’re reveling, and with poor recordings can reveal a higher level of splashiness and annoyance. I guess I can say that if you have a collection of well recorded music, you’ll love what’s offered from Nordost here. But, if you don’t, you’re going to hear the downside as well. They don’t correct anything. They just revel more of what you have. System includes original Sonus Fabre Guarneri Homage speakers, powered by Vincent SV700 Integrated ( Gold Lion tubed preamp section) Sony HAP-Z1 Music Server (AudioQuest Sky XLR). I purchased these without auditing. I read reviews from many sources. Not so good an idea really. If you can get these with other Nordost speaker cables and compare them, you’ll have a better understanding of differences in them. I can’t. This is my point of reference with Nordost, and have never heard them compared against their other cables because of a lack of funds to do so. Replaced Transparent Audio Reference that we’re in my system for almost 15-years. I have a good understanding of what I have as I listen every day. Nordost Red Dawn are more revealing and fast. It’s up to you to decide if that’s for you. Also added Nordost Jumpers which added even more treble energy.”
