“Running directly into my Ayre VX20....excellent! And it allowed me to take my KX20 preamp and a pair of interconnect out of the chain. Setting the analog output to low was key for me as the Ayre is very sensitive and reducing the output by 4DB made all the difference. Highly recommended. And....wonderful staff at Upscale. I thought I may have had an issue and their response was superb. Compassionate as well as accomodating, offering a very quick turnaround for my newly ordered T3X. As it turned out, it was a non-issue but I am very appreciative of their response. Thanks Joel and the rest of the crew!”
