“The speakers arrived well packaged. Triple boxed. I'm only disappointed that whoever dismantled the feet to repack the demo units did not do it carefully. One of the receiving collets that sits within the base of one unit was found attached to one of the screws of the feet, which meant that the collet was forced out of the base. Reinserting it proved that the collet would not stay in the base after the feet were attached and made the speaker slump down. I took a chance and used some Gorilla glue to reinsert the collet and glue it in place and that seems to have fixed the problem. I hope it stays, because if it comes out, the speaker could very well topple over. Also because of this, the finish on the bottom was visibly marked up. I know it's a demo unit but this was not expected and made me a bit sour. That said, the speakers sound really great and I'm happy with the sound.”
