“I'm taking the covid-months as an opportunity to build a new stereo system, and decided to contact Upscale Audio because I enjoyed Kevin's level of enthusiasm on the youtube videos. I have to say I was blown away by the entire experience. Sean walked me through the few options I was looking at. We discussed everything from what i listen to, the volume I listen at, etc. After a very thorough discussion I landed on the Monitors. I am not and have no interest in becoming an Audiophile. I won't go into why these are better than the older JBLs I was using, but I will say that everything Sean told me to expect has come to fruition. Listening to loudspeakers has become a joy again. I love these things, and couldn't be happier with my experience. I will definitely be coming back when it's time to upgrade my turntable and streamer.”
