“This turntable has been a joy. I originally was saving for the Ultradeck but when the Studiodeck went on sale I had to pull the trigger. Why has this been a joy? 1st the performance of this table is beyond what I expected. It’s silent, has stable speed and sounds great with the UltraTracker cartridge. So far I don’t feel the need to upgrade the cartridge. I’m just enjoying the music. Granted all I have to compare it to was my old MusicHall with a OM20 cart that this replaced, and my very old Dual with a Grado gold cartridge in my vintage set up. 2nd The service and set up from Upscale has been top notch. I would recommend them to anyone. I have a modest system. Studiodeck fed through a Ifi phono Zen to a Jolida 202a upgraded with NOS tubes feeding a pair of Klipsch RP6000 floor standing speakers. Upscale will be my go to when I’m ready to move up to Klipsch Forte’s Thanks for the great service Upscale!”
