“Most of my equipment is 5 to 10 times more expensive than this little integrated amp. I bought it to give more expensive tube equipment a rest, you know, save on tubes. What I got, however, was an inexpensive amp that comes amazingly close to many of the sonic attributes of the more expensive tube equipment. It's a Tim Paravacini design, so I guess I shouldn't have been too surprised. It would be a value at twice the price, maybe 3 times the price. An amazing piece, and very nice looking, too. But the sound is the thing.”
