This amplifier is the real deal. Nice clean punchy sound. I’ve paired with Monitor Audio PL100 and Klipch RP600. Sounds great with both. I prefer it to my Schiit Vidar and Nuforce STA200. And I like those too. Plus you get a preamp. Super bargain at $599. Also sounds better than vintage Marantz 2252b. I don’t write reviews either.

I was in the CE industry for many years. In fact I was featured in CE Pro Magazine in 2013 Masters article of old farts in the CE industry. So I feel I have better then average exposure to AV products. I'm currently retired and now have time to play with my audio hobby. I have a seldom used room with a small system including B&W 704 towers. Recently the amp died. I initially thought, next time I go to my old store I would grab a replacement, but he night before my planned trip, I found myself playing on Upscale's website. I watched Kevin's video on the Musical Fidelity's M2Si. Not only was a taken back by the build quality, but the price seemed at or below normal cost. Thinking what the hell, he has to eat too, I ordered One.... Well I have never been so impressed or happy with such a modestly priced piece of audio gear. I can not recommend this product highly enough. Fast with gobs of weight and power. Would have been a bargain at the retail price. Many Thanks.

I wanted something for my computer and did not want some cheap computer speakers. I didn't want to pay much for my desktop system and had some cheap Kef Q100 laying around collecting dust. I never heard of music fidelity before and I saw the sale and watched Kevin review. I really thought he was just a good salesman and maybe full of it. I took the chance and he wasn't full of it to my surprise. I'm mostly into vintage equipment, so it's really hard to sell me on the modern crap they make these days. Plus I never review anything I buy. Yet it doesn't have the nice warm bass and mids from my Marantz 2245. It has very excellent trebles and also mid-range is very good but doesn't have that bass of my Marnatz. The clarity of the music fidelity is so good, I had to write this review. I like that it has everything I needed for my system and nothing extra such as internal dac and headphone jack since I already have both. Best bang for you buck the price is so low and this will sound better then anything in the same price range.

Let me start by saying I do not write reviews, but this time I must. This is a GREAT amp!! I have a pair of moniter audio silver 100 book shelf speakers. I’m Very happy with this match up, the speakers sound so much better with this Music Fidelity m2si. The voice is smooth, mids sound near perfect and the bass is nice and deep and punchy. This amp is rated at 76 watts, sound like so much more. Let me tell you I’m not new with hifi systems. My other room I have tube mono block amps with Vanersteen 2ce signature with a Primaluna pre amp. The guys at Upscale Audio are Great to talk to about what will be good for your system.

After recently purchasing the Sutherland KC Vibe phono preamp I quickly realized an upgrade to a better integrated amp was in my future. Such a component, I surmised, would run at least 1K, not a small sum for me, so I figured I would need at least twelve months to save the required funds. Enter Upscale Audio who was offering the Musical Fidelity M2si at a 40% discount. I jumped at the bargain and have been in an audio transcendental state since. Wow, what a pairing. In the forty plus years I have been an audio enthusiast I have not experienced a more enjoyable time listening to my beloved vinyl. So much realism, so much clarity and punch, I don’t know how much more musical listening enjoyment can be had on my budget. The M2si was the missing component and I haven’t so much as read a review of another amplifier in the months since I made my purchase.

Got this for my office and really like it. It's sound is powerful and punchy, perfect for EDM and alternative music, which is just want I wanted it for. It goes loud and stays clean. Rocks. Also, in terms of build quality, it definitely feels like a more expensive piece, nicely made. Great deal. Love it.

I bought a digital amp that was rated for 50 watts from another company before I bought this amp, 80 percent of the volume was totally useless and when it did start to produce usable db levels, the sound was dry, uninvolving and with sloppy uncontrolled bass. Needless to say the digital amp was sent back. Enter the M2si, this amp is for my second stereo set up in my work out room and is paired with Music Hall cd25.2, SVS MBS 02 speakers, Nordost 2 flat speaker cable and DH labs bl-1 interconnects. I need some high volume levels when working out and I need some bass punch and this delivers what I need to motivate me. High's are also articulate and not overbearing. For the reduced price this amp cannot be beat from what I have seen available out there and I have looked.
