“In spite of the excellent reviews the amp has received it did not work for me. The phono ground did not work with my turntable and I couldn't eliminate a buzzing sound no matter what I tried. There was also too much bass for my taste. This could be due to the fact I was breaking in the amp and new speakers simultaneously. Because of these two issues I exchanged it for an integrated amp that had treble, bass and balance controls. Upscale Audio worked with me to make the exchange as smooth as possible.”

“I bought this lovely little Musical Fidelity M3si Integrated amp for my vacation condo system. It replaced a separate component system using a rather expensive McIntosh MC402 amplifier. I was familiar with the Musical Fidelity Integrated amps because I have two friends running them in their fine systems. I knew it would be a good match for my Martin-Logan ESL loudspeakers. Darn if it didn't exceed my expectations. My system came to life with a bounce and fullness I didn't get with the big Mac amp. I could not be happier. Although Kevin didn't help me with this purchase, he has always been very helpful in the past, I've been a satisfied customer for near two decades now.”

“Great value for the money, Musical Fidelity makes seriously great gear. The Mc3i exceeded my expectations. Excellent integrated amp, sweet sounding and plenty of power. I haven’t tried the internal DAC or phono stage yet, but my Revox reel to reel sounds better than it ever has. CD’s and my BlueSound Node 2i also sound top notch. I’m very happy with this purchase.”
