“This amp sounds great I have had 14 different power amps, intergrated amps and recievers since the 70s and the M6si sounds the best I wish it had some tone controls I hooked up a Macintosh pre amp in the AUX/HT mode and there is a little bit of noise but it stills sounds great.”

“I have owned MF gear for over 25 years and loved every piece. This integrated amp is just as Kevin’s video describes it…incredible build quality, loads of power to drive any loud speaker, very attractive and sleek , sounds amazing- very neutral. One of the best values out there. Sean, thanks for recommending this piece!!”

“Love this amp. It drives my Focal Aria 936 effortlessly. Power jumps immediately past 1/8th turn and keeps growing without any distortion. Analog or digital this Amp handles all of it without introducing anything unwanted. Analog is an AR Turntable from 1983.”

“Where to begin? 9 o’ clock unlocks the magic - more on this below. I introduced this magnificent amp into my 2 channel setup paired with the Focal Aria 936 speakers. From the get go, the M6si wowed with it’s warm sound signature and dynamic & impactful sound. Paired via balanced interconnects with my Oppo BDP-95, CD/SACD playback packed a wallop. The integrated phono stage was quiet and musical as well. The M6si had the looks to match the premium sound - with it’s impeccable build quality, jet black front face, the oversized matte silver volume knob, matching input selectors, and blue leds. Everything screamed upscale (pun intended). I did not have an opportunity to use the USB DAC. Regretfully I shipped the M6si back to Upscale today thanks to their generous 60 day in-home audition program. Why would I do that? Only because I made the impulsive decision to switch to tubes for my 2 channel rig, and what better way to do that than go all the way with the PrimaLuna EVO 400 integrated? Anyway I digress. The M6si is a glorious amp and I would buy it again in a heartbeat should the solid state urge come calling once more. In fact I almost convinced myself to hold on to it as a second amp, but narrowly avoided fiscal suicide. I already miss the M6si. Kevin Deal’s video on this amp was spot on. Musical Fidelity makes incredible gear, and this amp is on top of that list. Simply amazing. What the heck does 9 o’ clock have anything to do with this review? Simply turn the volume control past this position and unlock the magic from this beauty!”
