“This is a nice, basic headphone amp that works well with my Grado Reference. Not as dynamic or engaging as a tube amp, but it does the job. For the price, it’s pretty tough to beat. My only real beef is that Musical Fidelity does not include a headphone amp in their lower-priced integrated amps. They include a DAC and a Phono Stage (I have outboard versions of both) but no headphone amp. I honest didn’t buy this because I wanted to, I got it because I had no choice without spending a ton on features I didn’t need.”
