“it does not support qobuz and when i was purchasing this product from you I was told that it was also it was not that easy to set it up”

“I bought this expensive black box without hearing it, based on the strength of the reviews that I had read. I had a Bluesound Node 2i, which is in itself a pretty nice sounding streamer. I ordered the Naim and eagerly waited for it to arrive. I was a little nervous about the whole thing given that it cost 6X what I paid for the Node 2i. I expected an improvement, but would it be enough to justify the price? Multiple reviewers had mentioned that it sounds pretty good right out of the box, but it takes a couple of days to really "break in'. Anyway, the box soon arrived, packed in the usual excellent Upscale Audio manner. I unpacked the thing, set it in place, and switched it on, hoping that I would be able to discern an improvement over the Node 2i. I was prepared to give it a couple days to make a decision. But I'm happy to report that the decision to keep this thing took me about 10 seconds. Holy Cow does this thing sound good! I had no idea there was so much music in all those recordings I've been listening to! I can't say enough good things about this Naim streamer. It is really fantastic!”
