“I had an issue that caused the need for a repair/refurb of my nd7 cart. Upscale was extremely helpful in returning and delivering the factory refresh cart. The refresh arrived earlier than promised and sounds fantastic. Still in the break in period but really glad to have the nd7 back. Great phono cart on a p6 and super support from Upscale”
