I bought a set of these earlier in the year to replace the stamped brass plates on my Klipsch Forte IIIs, and was surprised that they actually improved the sound, but then again, they are cables instead of cheap brass. So, no snake oil there. I just recently bought a second set of the same jumpers to double up, thinking that the primary difference between these and Nordost's Reference jumper is the gauge of conductor used. Anyway, by doubling, I'm suddenly able to hear cymbals and snare drums in some music where I hadn't heard them before, so perhaps there wasn't enough higher frequency coming through at my listening volume with just a single set. FWIW, doubling (using 2 sets of jumpers), still doesn't overdo the jumper cable density, as some brand-name jumpers may be considerably heavier in gauge, as well as price, I think doubling the Norse series puts me somewhere in the middle of available jumper cable density. Should you try doubling jumpers, be sure you choose connector ends that will work with the other cables you have on your speakers. I had to go with spades on both ends, as the available banana connections were already used. BTW, the spades are a tight fit on the connectors on my speakers; the open center forming the U shape could have been a bit wider.
