“Simply put, these speakers sound & look awesome! Here I will list my "personal" Pro's & Con's Pros- The SDA technology is an obvious plus, You'll notice it if disconnected. They definitely sound Bright and Tight even when driven hard! Has the upgradeability for the "Height" 2-way speaker modules atop the tower. The black ash w/ the gloss face is gorgeous! I hear no distortion at higher levels and I find myself smiling with occasional goosebumps. Cons- The grills should have a black chrome frame with a clear nylon material to accentuate the beauty of the speakers. The sensitivity could be better at lower levels. The L800's should come fitted with the "Height" L900 speaker modules, what's a few hundred dollars more? I did notice a slight midrange "wash" at higher levels. However, the system you have driving these speakers and the room size is indicative to your outcome. I highly recommend a Subwoofer, I have two and it makes all the difference! The end result for me is... I love these speakers and am very happy with my purchase.”
