“Hi Kevin and crew i hope this email finds you all healthy and well. Kevin i've needed a new amp but id been putting it off for a while. I knew i wanted to go tubes but i wasn't sure with who or which brand. Having to drive Thiel 2.2's at 86% efficacy i was concerned I'd have to pay well over $5,000.00 for a tube amp to drive them. After stumbling across your youtube video of PremaLuna line it decided to look closer. After seeing another of your videos I knew I wanted the Pentode design and sound so I chose the Mystere. I went into your website and ordered the Mystere PA21 amp. I'll admit, while waiting for my purchased of the PA21 to arrive at my home in Massachusetts, i had buyers remorse thinking 55 watts of tube power probably isn't going to do it for the Thiels. I then went back and forth questioning my purchase. My thoughts, "it'll be fine, no I made a mistake, no i did the right thing i think". To say i made myself crazy was an understatement. Finally the delivery two weeks from last Monday, I place the PA21 in her new home. turned everything on and my god the magic began right out of the box. Power, tons for the Thiel 2.2's bottom end, perfection when the listening track asks for it and then the mid and upper scales are nothing short of amazing. I purchased your open box PA21 so i don't know if the tubes need to break-in. if so I can't even begin to imagine what this amp will sound like. Kevin although we never spoke or communicated in anyway, it was your energy that sold me and pushed my to trust you in my purchase. Please continue to love what you do, because it certainly shows how much you love and care about what you do and the customers you continue to help. I cannot even begin to express how happy and thankful I am with my purchase. Warmest regards Tony”
