“Silent background - like a solid state amp. Accurate, not necessarily lean, but after several hours of break-in the sound gets sweeter. Really sweet. I had not considered buying a tube amp before, but I love the PrimaLuna.”

“I knew I wanted a tube-based system and with all of the positive reviews on forums and publications, I decided I'd start with PrimaLuna. This is for my home office so didn't need anything too crazy. First impressions when I opened the box...looks way better in person than in videos/pics (BTW, I'm pretty sure it's brand new). Build quality is superb. I have them hooked up to Falcon LS3/5As and I don't know how to properly describe the sound but it is magical. Detailed and warm at the same time, holographic, amazing soundstage and imaging...wow. I want to try tube-rolling the stock tubes, but can't imagine how it's going to sound better?”

“I really love it. Great sound, great build quality, beautiful to look at and simple component integration. It sings with my Wharfedale Linton speakers either through NODE 2i or turntable.”

“I had been listening to a Fisher 500c with my Klipsch Heresy II's and actually thought I had the sweet sound I was after for almost 50 years. I only listened to my system about 5 or 6 hours a week, since the Fisher was an antique, so it was NEVER on purely for background sound. Long story short; I heard about Primaluna from a friend and then got more information from Evan at Upscale. I decided to try the EVO 100 integrated amp for 60 days. After 4 days of listening nearly non stop(background sound included!), I decided the Fisher will never be connected back to my Heresys again!!!! Thank you Upscale!!!”
