“I replaced a Nikko Beta I preamp with the EVO 100 preamp. My biggest surprise was listening to CD's There's a softness to the CD's that that was unexpected. I'm a vinyl person with DD albums that I started buying in 1976 when I worked in a stereo / record store. I purchased the phone stage with the preamp. The albums sound awesome. Ill eventually replace my Nikko Alpha I with the PrimaLuna tube amp.”
