“When the unit arrived it was packaged with a manual for the integrated amp line. When I fired it up it didn't work even though everything looked ok physically. I called your shop and got the answering machine, so I left a message asking for someone to call me back. No one did, EVER. So I wrote an email, still no response. I was able to fix the problem, (very minor) and all is well. Except for my feeling about Upscale Audio.”

“Excellent sound, especially considering the price. I simply used a streaming device as a pre-amp before. I was pleasantly surprised how much improvement a separate tube pre-amp could make. I didn't need any additional bells or whistles than what this pre-amp offered. The remote works great and is stout enough to be a self defense weapon. The tubes stay remarkably cool compared to others I've auditioned. A coincidental advantage of the EVO-100 is the small footprint as I have limited shelves to set audio components on. Thumbs up!”
