“I'm very happy with the EVO 300 power amp. It's doing everything I could want. It has clarity, good bass, power... Imaging is good too, though I think my room needs acoustic treatment & may be holding the amp back. Love the idea of the auto bias & I already saw the protection step in when I stupidly had the amp on while changing a cable. I'm a happy camper!”

“Came exceptionally well packed, but still had a scratch on the transformer cover. Had to have been shipped that way as box was perfect. Two power tubes were a little loose and had to be reseated as well. Powered right up. Using with a Cambridge Audio 851N and Tidal. XLR connectors between the two. Mission Audio Silver RS6 speakers, which were a little bright with my Rega Elex-R are now perfect. Separation and soundstage are amazing. Plenty of power to run these speakers in a 150 sq. ft. room. Can easily reach deafening volumes without coming close to audible distortion. Very pleased with the musicality of this amp. It’s a keeper! Five stars for the sound. Minus one star for the scratched cover.”

“I love the EVO 300. It has the ‘tube sound’ I was looking for, especially for vinyl. And, it pairs great with my vintage Conrad Johnson preamp and Klipsch speakers.”

“I'm new to tube amplifiers, but let me tell you that tubes make such a great difference to solid state. So organic exceptional sound stage. Vocals are amazing. The Evo 300 tube amp. is brilliant, I will never go back to solid state. Thanks to Kevin and Upscale audio for such a great product.”
