I had an issue with the preamp and Kevin even called me to diagnose the issue together and replaced defected unit to new unit! The new unit has no issues and it sounds very good as I expected. “This Pre Amp does take a little time to warm up and to break in. I heard from some of the reviews the base was not very good, in my opinion it is great. Very happy with overall sound quality with a very warm sound. Very surprised on how the highs are very soft, not sharp and clear without a muffled tone. My listening time to my stereo is up and old music is refreshed. Note: Good recordings are awesome, Poor quality recordings are.... well almost not worth listening to with this Pre Amp.”

“Love it! Moved from a solid state pre amplifier using solid state amplifiers with Magnepan 1.7 speakers. Immediate difference for the better. Next step is to replace amplifiers with pair of Evo 400 amps.”
